Next bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the snails,bring the water back to a boil and simmer the snails for 15 minutes.After boiling, drain and remove the snails from their shell. Most people use a long sewing needle to remove the meat from the shell. Melt a good helping of butter in a large skillet and add the crushed garlic and saute until transparent. Last, add the snail meat and gently saute for 3 minutes and serve.
