∙ 12y agoAn Expert Ghost time is a time trial Ghost set by the creators of Mario Kart Wii, and copied into every disk with the game. To unlock them, you have to outrace the normal Ghost times by about 10 seconds. After that, in the place where you choose to race Ghosts, there will be a new, and faster Ghost time to race, often made with a different character and staff member.
