Straight up potatoes. It's just potatoes and that's it. Straight up.
Potatoes don't spread out very far underground. The root where the potatoes grow, mostly goes straight down. You can plant lots of other vegetables nearby.
becuse they're made by frying either mashed up potatoes, or chunks of potatoes...
Mashing potatoes is a physical change because it does not change the chemical or physical properties of the potatoes.
The environmentle factor between organic potatoes and normal potatoes is organic potatoes are picked up from the tree freshly. But the normal potatoes are added some chemical in it.
maybe if you mash them there`s barley any difference
There are lots of ways. My favorite is to dice up the potatoes, add olive oil, pour over a Italian dressing seasoning (packets used to make the dressing but don't add anything to it, just use the seasonings straight), stir and then roast them in the over for about 45 minutes until soft thoroughout and maybe even a little crunchy. The olive oil keeps them moist and helps the seasoning absorb into the potatoes.
These are actually shoots, not roots. If you plant these potatoes in the ground, preferably shoot side up (don't worry, they will find their own way up if you get them upsidedown), the shoots will emerge from the ground and form leaves. Meanwhile, roots will form on the underside of the potato, and eventually new potatoes will be borne as tubers on the roots near the crown. Sooooo...you can turn each of those potatoes into several potatoes!!! Or you can just pick off the shoots and eat the potatoes instead of planting them, it is up to you :)
Some healthier options are roasted chopped up potatoes and baked potatoes!
