Lysozyme
Basic a level knowledge: Tears are a form of chemical barrier from infection. The enzyme lysozyme is found in tears which kills of some bacteria which helps prevent pathogens entering the body and causing infection. I hope this helps, I'm unsure how the enzyme kills the bacteria as I was only aware that enzymes are catalysts that lower the activation energy in a reaction. If any one knows I'll be very grateful. :) Xxx
You use them on your hands to kill bacteria. Examples are Hand sanitizers, or soap now how they work to kill them is another question, well they for example inactivate the bacteria remove them make the bacteria "blowup", and they can stop bacteria from growing.
does dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides kill bacteria?
It is often used in pools to kill both algae and bacteria that is produced.
Water or steam at 100 degrees Celsius will kill some bacteria. Detergent or soap is needed to kill the ones that survive the hot temperatures.

The lacrimal puncta/canaliculi/sac & hasolacrimal duct in the eye & accessory structures secrete and contain lysozyme which is an antibacterial enzyme(naturally occurring in tears). due to its acidity its responsible for killing some bacteria.
Your tears contain the enzyme lysozyme. This chemical disrupts the cell walls of gram-positive bacteria by digesting the peptidoglycan in them. This enzyme is also found in your saliva and is an example of a non-specific immune response.
tears are 5.0 blood is 7.4 but the both can kill bacteria. with the acid in them.
The answer is penicillin
Tears, sweat and saliva all contain enzymes which weaken the cell membrane and kill the bacteria cells. INTERFERON and VACCINES
Tears produce lysozyme to kill bacteria, gastric juice secretes Hcl that kills bacteria.
Triclosan/Copolymer
Your tears contain the enzyme lysozyme which can kill gram-positive bacteria by disrupting their cell-walls. It does this by digesting the peptidoglycan found in them. Secretions from sebacious and sweat glands on your skin don't necessarily kill bacteria but they do give the skin a PH of around 3-5. This acidity helps prevent colonisation by pathogens on the skin.
They have enzymes in them to kill pathogens
NO THEY cANt theyre wings do. Not contain any harmful substances
lol i know this question XDDD DDD DD
