Yes, you can put apps on your iPod Nano 5th generation. Games for the iPod Nano can be downloaded from the iTunes store. You will need to click on the arrow next to the game and click on wheel games.
Well, after the nano chromatic (Nano 4th gen) the shuffle 3rd gen was released. It is speculated that the next iPod will be an iPod touch/ iPhone 3rd gen coming out late June or July. ~Griffin There is the chromatic ( Nano 4th gen) and there is a ipod touch, iphone, and the new ipod nano th generation with a camera.
To unlock the iPod Nano you simply enter the four digit number the owner set when it was first locked by using the Previous / Next / Select buttons. And if you have internet you can download itunes and then connect your ipod nano to it on not off and it should work.
You must delete the music from your itunes or uncheck the box next to the song on itunes before you sync your ipod.
Apple has not revealed any plans for when the next update comes.
my opinion is the ipod touch. it has many cool games and u have Internet also. but if you are the type of person who doesn't really want games and Internet, the best ipod for you would be the ipod shuffle or nano. I have and ipod touch and its SOOO cool!!! I think the ipod touch but the nano would probably be the best out of all the other ones if the touch is to high for you Then there are those who truly and honestly believe that the next iPod will be the best ever.
You have to plug the iPod into your computer with the cord it came with and then go to iTunes. Next, double click on the iPod nano icon in the left sidebar and it should drop a list of things like 'Music' etc. Click on the 'Music' category and you should see all the songs that are on the iPod nano (at this stage if you can't click on the songs then you need to change the iPod to 'let the iPod be controlled manually' which if you click the iPod icon, should bring you to a list of options you can check for the iPod). On the song you do not want, control-click it and click 'delete'. It will not delete the song off the computer, but it will delete it off the iPod! Happy listening :)
When deleting songs from your ipod it is surprisingly really easy. By following these simple steps the songs you don't want should be gone in a flash!(: The first thing you should do is plug in your ipod nano. Next go to your library and click on "music", this should bring you to all of your downloaded music, and next to the songs name you'll find a box with a check in it. Your next step is to UNcheck all the songs that you do NOT want. After that click where it says _____'s ipod. Next look to where it says "sync only checked songs and videos", click the box next to it. After you've clicked this the songs that you have clicked earlier should be off your ipod but can still be located in your playlist if you ever wanted to put it back on your ipod{:

The way to force an iPod nano to sleep is holding the play/pause button for about 3-5 seconds. The next way, is to manually go into the menu and press sleep which will turn it off. Hope this helps.
Open the box and inside right next to the actual nano, you could see a little small pamphlet that might say, "INSTRUCTIONS" please use that. Or better yet, google.com has some good insight on nanos.
No, there are no apps, but if you click on the tiny arrow next to the app store button in the itunes store, you can see a whole list of different apps, and there it will say "Ipod Click Wheel Games". There are a few games designed for the ipod nano, but unfortunately, none of them are free. They are all $5.99, except for a few exceptions which are only $0.99. Hope that helps!
