What is lefsa?

my understanding about "lefsa" it is like a tortilla, homeade flat bread. I ate it as a kid from my mother in minnesota. very tasty and filling. great snack idea, with cinnimmon and sugar and butter on it A soft Norwegian flatbread made out of potato, milk or cream and flour. My grandpa is Norwegian and loves it. He has it with every meal. Its very rich and something I was raised on, but my husband cant get used to it. Its a heavy tortilla like texture, but does not have the flavor of a tortilla. My grandpa does not used cinnimmon on his, but does use sugar and butter.
