Archaebacteria and Eubacteria
The two kingdoms that contain all prokaryotic organisms are Bacteria and Archaea. These organisms lack a true nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles in their cells.
There are 2 domains (The catagorys above Kingdom) that contain Prokaryotes. They are Bacteria and Archea. I guess Bacterial could be a kingdom. But the other 4 (Plant, animal, fingi, and protists) consist of Eukaryote cells. :)
Among prokaryotes kingdoms are , 1 Archeobacteria and 2 Eubacteria . Among Eukaryotes there are 4 kingdoms . 3 Plantae , 4 Fungi , 5 Protista and 6 Animalia .This classification is based on Margulis system .

Prokaryotes were the only kind of life on earth approximately 2 billion years ago. They existed long before eukaryotes ever came into existence at all.
Prokaryotes: * single-cellular * do not have membrane-bound organelles (such as mitochondria or chloroplasts) * transcription and translation of DNA can occur simultaneously due to the fact that there is no nuclear membrane Eukaryotes: * can be multi-cellular * contain membrane-bound organelles
