Three phases conditions are:
1. there should be three wires for carrying current and voltage.
2. the current and voltages should be sinusoidal in nature i.e A.C voltages or currents.
3. phase angle should be 120 degree apart for each line voltages or current.
Suppose voltage of the first line is given by:
Va= Vsin(phi)
Then second and third line voltages will be:
Vb=Vsin(120-(phi))
and Vc=Vsin(240-(phi))
where (phi) is the phase angle and V is the supply voltages which has same magnitude in all the three phases.
The four phases of exercise are: warm up, stretching, conditioning and cool down. These phases are important to prepare the body and for easy recovery of the body after the exercise.
The phases are: 1) Warm-Up, 2) Conditioning, and 3) Cool Down. This can be found in more detail at the Clevend Clinics' Cardiac Rehab exercise page. Hope this helps you...Regards, Ray Siegel, MCP,LP

3 phases in manufacturing process
3 to 5 phases
Water has 3 phases. These phases include steam, liquid and ice. Ice is the most dense, followed by liquid and then steam.
hair has 3 phases as per the phases it will grow and fall its not related to cut
These phases are liquid, solid, gas.
the three phases are solid,liquid, and gas, but there not only three they have plasma,and liquid cyrstal.
