Approximately 95% of living animals on Earth are invertebrates. So there are more invertebrates.
invertebrates
All of these (insects, snails, lobsters) are invertebrates without internal skeletons or back bones.
there are over 20,000 species of invertebrates in Ontario.
invertebrates are animals without a backbone so it will be a insect or bug.here are my 4 examples: grasshopper, butterfly, pray mantis and midge.
Vertebrates: # Fish # Amphibians # Reptiles # Birds # Mammals Invertebrates: # Sponges # Cnidarians (formerly called Coelenterates) # Worms # Mollusks # Arthropods (Arachnids, Crustaceans, Millipedes and Centipedes, Insects)
protozoa, annelids, echinoderms, mollusks and arthropods. Arthropods include insects, crustaceans and arachnids
most animals today are invertebrates. this includes things such as arthropods (insects) mollusks, echinoderms ( starfish) cnidarians (jellyfish) and many others. the mere presence ofinsects in that list easily makes invertebrates more numerous than vertebrates :)
small, electric eels feed on invertebrates, where adult eels eat fish and small mammals.
kinds of sequnce
1. Immunological memory:- present in vertebrates but absent in invertebrates. 2. Vertebrates have complement system but invertebrates have prophenoloxidase system 3. Vertebrates have lymphocytes but invertebrates have lectins 4. Antibody present in vertebrates and nit in invertebrates
