What countries claim Wales? Great Britain / The United Kingdom.
If the question was what countries have WHALES, I do not know :) They live in the oceans. Some breeds of whales are easily seen off the coast of countries with Pacific Ocean Coastlines such as US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Japan, Russia, Australia.
Wales's capital city is Cardiff, and it's second city is Swansea. It's third largest is Newport- all of these lie along the Southern seaboard.
Other cities include Bangor, Aberystwyth, and St.David's, which in size barely ranks as a city at all but is to all intents and purposes a small town- it only qualifies as being a City because it has a cathedral!! Apart from the 'big three' on the South Coast, Wales tends to be a nation of large towns rather than huge metropolitan developments.
Cardiff is the capitol of Wales and is a large city. It is 3 hours drive west from London.
Swansea is another city in South Wales and that is 1 hour drive west from Cardiff.
