The "kingdom of God" is a phrase that's in reference to the heavenly government that Jehovah God created. In the future, this government will overthrow all of Earth's governments and will stay in power from then on. (Daniel 2:44) It is by means of this government that He will set mankind on the path to everlasting peace, putting an end to all wars and strife (Psalm 46:9) as people across the world will live by His principles. (Isaiah 2:2-4) Jehovah has appointed Jesus to be king of this heavenly kingdom. (Matthew 28:18; John 18:36; Philippians 2:9) He will rule for 1,000 years after Armageddon has occurred alongside 144,000 others (Revelation 20:4-5); those that were chosen from Earth to go to and rule in Heaven. (Revelation 14:1-4) After the 1,000 years end and mankind will have returned to their original perfect state, Jesus will return the kingship back to his Father. (1 Corinthians 15:24) (New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)
In classifying life on Earth, the largest level of classification is the Kingdom. Thus, it is the most inclusive, because a step up from kingdom would simply be "life".
