Evolution is science and based on the best evidence available. Creation is religion and is part of so many different cultures that I am not sure which story you mean.
The Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection explains much about the fact of evolution (things change over time) and is supported by massive amounts of evidence from both microbiology and the fossil record. There is no 'theory' of creation (creationism) because to be a theory it needs to be able to be testable and be able to make predictions, and creationism does neither of those. Most religions have their own creation myths and the differences between them are astounding. Creationism (also called "the theory of creation" "Creation Science" and "Intelligent Design") have also been disproven for over a century.

According to the theory of the Big Bang followed by evolution, the Universe (and this Earth) resulted from random events stemming from natural laws, and life then developed by random processes, especially mutations.

The narrative of Divine Creation, which is contained in Genesis ch.1 and 2, states that God created the universe. This teaches us that God exists, that our lives and the world are not random, and that the created things may be assumed to contain vast wisdom in their beautiful and purposeful design. (In recent decades, this wisdom has indeed been partially revealed, through increasingly powerful microscopes.)Evolution through random mutations, on the other hand, may be understood as implying that life is an accident, that perceived beauty and wisdom are ultimately purposeless, and that our instinctive yearning for the Eternal is just an electrical impulse in our brain.

This is because the Creation was a tradition going all the way back and shared by all mankind.

The key difference is that evolutionary theory is based on empirical evidence, not faith. Nothing in support of the Theory of Evolution can be accepted unless convincing evidence is provided and reviewed by sceptical peers. The Theory of Evolution has come a long way sine the time of Charles Darwin, not only in terms of improvements to the Theory, but in the discovery of numerous pieces of evidence that support the Theory.

What are the differences between Darwin's theory of evolution and conflicting theories?

It is no longer Darwin's theory, as Darwin has been dead about 130 years. There are no credible alternatives to the modern theory of evolution by natural selection. So, the differences is; the theory of evolution by natural selection is supported by myriad lines of converging evidence and explains the natural phenomenon that is evolution very well. The " conflicting theories " have no evidence supporting them and explain nothing.

What is the difference between macro evolution and micro evolution?

The difference is one of scale and scope. This is best explained using a single species and its descendants as an example:Every change that happens to the species up to the point of speciation would be classified as "micro-evolution". But after speciation, divergence would not stop: the two new species would continue to diverge from one another, possibly resulting in yet more branching events, more new species. The scope would increase to include all of those as well. At this scale, we're talking about "macro-evolution". When we zoom in on one of those newly emerged species, we can see that the resulting "macro-evolution" is still being generated by the cumulative effects of "micro-evolution" within each individual population.

What is the difference between evolution and theories of evolution?

Evolution is a process, theories of evolution are theories which explain that process

What are six factors of macroevolution?

I'm not sure that there exists such a thing as "factors of macro-evolution". Macro-evolution is simply what happens when reproductively isolated populations continue to diverge as a result of micro-evolution. They drift apart genetically, behaviourally and morphologically, so that the differences between them become greater and greater. The mechanisms that cause this are reproductive variation and differential reproductive success, the principal mechanisms of evolution.
