They were both stories about gods and Greece
they believed in polytheism (many gods)
Greece
Euclid was a Greek mathematician, not a religious figure, and there is limited information available about his personal beliefs. It is likely that he followed the traditional polytheistic beliefs of ancient Greece.
Plato was associated with the religion of ancient Greece, which included beliefs in multiple gods and goddesses.
Mythology and religion are by far the most usual subjects of ancient art work from Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece and Rome.
the importance was that they had plenty of beliefs about the land forms. they were well trusted.
here are some sites for ancient Greece they are not all about beliefs but they still might help you http://www.schoolsliaison.org <center> http://www.canadianlawsite.ca </center> http://www.historyforkids.org <center> http://www.workablepeace.org/ </center> <center> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relh </center> http://www.greeka.com/Greece-traditions.htm <center> http://library.thinkquest.org/CR0210200/ancient_greece/Greece.htm </center>
well, i believe that a young person from Greece learned their great ancestors beliefs, even thoughh these stories that he told (Homer) arent true but we believe they are,b/c they are so old ancient tells,it just comes to our customs and beliefs...but it was a good story!
What do they (the gods and goddesses) believe? Or what is believed of them? It's called mythology, and it was in the ancient days of Greece once a religion.
They were similar because they both shared some beliefs such as myths and gods and goddesses
