There are Two National Parks in Texas, Guadalupe Mountains and Big Bend, however there are several other places that are governed by the NPS, such as Lake Amistad National Recreation area, Fort Davis, Odessa Meteor Crater National Natural Landmark, Lubbock Lake Landmark and many others.
There is one national MONUMENT in Texas -- Alibates Flint Quarries.
There are also two national PARKS -- Big Bend and Guadalupe Mountains -- as well as other sites administered by the NPS.

There are thirteen national parks in Texas. These can include traditional parks and historic sites that are operated by the National Park Service. Big Bend National Park, Palo Alto Battlefield National Historic Site, and Big Thicket National Preserve are three examples.
