On the 3rd day of Creation week, God made all the trees and plants bearing fruits with their seeds in them for continuation. We must assume that all the fruits known to us today - less hybrids or any thing man has tampered with. We also know that Eve was tricked into eating the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil though we are not told what kind of fruit it is as God has blocked it from humans consumption.

Fig leaves are mentioned in Genesis 3 and appears to be the first mentioned.
