Would a Firefish Bicolor Blenny and a Royal Gramma do well together in a saltwater tank and what size tank is needed minimum?

In a 60 gallon tank, my royal gramma chased my firefish incessantly, so I wouldn't recommend it. I also think that the color pattern of the bicolor blenny and the royal gramma (dark front half, light back half) would trigger some territorial issues, also.
