Surely if there are beaches along the coast then a further entertainment facility would be wasted and make the area incredibly busy. The traffic would be horrondous, seaside and holiday goers woud probab;y avoid the congested place and find a more fiting peaceful area.

An advantage is that it would have an appeal to teenagers and whilst it is being built numerous quick summer jobs would be provided for anyone seeking quick low payed work to earn a bit of extra money.

A disadvantage is that it would be expensive to make yet if you made a profit the expense wouldn't matter, it all depends on the advertising and other competition, if there is a theme park close by the new one being built then people may be more likely to go to one that they know well and that isn't as close to the coast so there would be less traffic.
