What are The advantage of home cooked?

Home cooking has alot of advantages. For example: you can control your own ingredients, it costs less, more healthier, and it tastes better.

While the disadvantages are: Its time consuming since you want to cook it right, more frustrating, and it can be a little messy (Kitchen)

The biggest advantage is that you know exactly what you are putting into your body. Even with truth in advertising, there are times when you eat out, that you can't know everything that is in the food.

There are many advantages to Homemade baby food for example, you know what is going into the food and how much of it. There is no added colours or flavorings and you can add the (small) amount of salt or sugar you like. Also with your homemade baby food you can make it in large amounts and then freeze it where as with bought baby food you cant.

The disadvantages are that making baby food takes up time and can be quite messy.
