No inhuman factory farming techniques.

No chemical deposits such as those from insecticides and fertilizers.

Contented cows (moo!)

An engine would be replaced by a horse which besides pulling your plow, would provide you natural fertilizer.

You'd be fitter because you'd have to do more physical work and look after your horse too.

That's about it.

Farming in Fiji has come a long way over the last few centuries. Mechanization led to the overuse of land, but now that the Fijians have a better understanding of how to marry technology and agriculture, land - and the crops - is much healthier.
