I would say probaly the there is not very many viruses for mac, It does not take much maintanace great with kids( Lots of funs stuff to do ) iLife is all the software you will really need. In the long haul it would most likely be cheaper because you wouldn't need to remove viruses from the specialist. I Recomend a Mac
