Indiana State Law States:
A Class C Misdemeanor is punishable by up to 60 days in jail and up to a $500 fine.

From what I remember... although I'm not 100% positive... there isn't one.
There is a legal age requirement to purchace alcohol (18 last I checked) but consumption is legal at any age... provided the alcohol is given to you by a parent/guardian and you are supervised.
Parents can serve their own children alcohol if they are over the age of five.
