Truly in my opinion they might have religions similar to theirs' if there are aliens, aliens too might believe in after life like some earthly religions. They will have gods or prayers, they might have prophecies, even believe in heaven or hell. They might have holy books like The Bible. This question is may ask if they have any religion at all. If they don't have religions then they might have more time to focus on other things and get better technologies or educations.
Who ever asked this question this might not be proved in our lifetime or it will be proven when aliens meet us and possibly become friends. Just hope the aliens will come to our planet faster or that you will live long enough to see. But most importantly they are friendly to us or there might not even be a human race anymore!
