Witherton Jones will tell you he sent Karina to Rainy Meadows. Talk to Manco in Rainy Meadows, and he will tell you to check around the Jungle Temple for Karina. Head west and to the right of the Jungle Temple, you will find Karina. Talk to her and she will give you something for Jean.
