they are scattared in the game in chests. two easy ones are the sombraro, and the gentleman's attire. to get the sombraro, go to the mission a game of kings and thieves ( i think its called that) and as soon as the rece starts shoot one of the riders. to get the gentleman's attire sign up for the rockstar social club
