I make Italian Meat Balls (very simple ingredients):

* Ground Beef (amount depending on how many you need to serve) * Italian style bread crumbs (bread crumbs are what help hold it together) * 1-2 eggs (depending on amount of meat-also helps keep balls together) * Parmesan Cheese * Garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste)

Fry in olive oil until well browned then add to pasta sauce and simmer, the longer they cook in the sauce the better taste you will have. I like to use my crock pot and just let them cook all day. Hope this helps!
