It depends... Sparkling water is typically carbonated mineral water. Another form of carbonated water is Club Soda, which is regular water and it also contains sodium. I would say Sparkling water and water have no benefits over each other whatsoever, one is carbonated one is not. Club soda can cause high blood pressure due to the sodium content.
