The benefits of industrial and organization psychology is it helps both to understand themselves as well as those that are employed by them. Psychology affects people in different ways and so industries and organizations want to know how their employees are doing. They want to know that the things that are happening in their employees lives will not affect their ability to work. If the psychology makeup of these individuals are affected then companies want to know how to help. Industrial organizational psychology would greatly help a business. It shows person interest in those that we employee and that is one big step in the right direction.
