the benefits on having a light bulb would be of course that it gives you light. it is easy and convenient to have, as well as easy to use. energy saving light bulbs are better but some of them contain Mercury which is a poisonous gas so I'm guessing that sooner or later it'll kill you. it is also debated that light that gives off the white colored light isn't natural and that it highly decreases concentration, especially in a school setting.
