Each profession has a different "Max" armor rating. Warriors have 80 when casters have 60, each weapon also has a different Max. But max weapons are called "Perfects" This meens the requirement is 9 and the weapon has max damage - maxed mods. Also perfs also have to be gold. This shows its rareness. Personally i like destroyer weapons. There very expensive and cool!
