It depends what you want, of course. Purchasable enchanted items tend to have a curse as well as a benefit. When you buy them, you have to consider not only whether you can use the benefit, but also whether your character can take the curse. If you need a shield, the Tower of the Nine fortifies Heavy Armour and Block, and adds a Shield enchantment to the 14 points of shield it already has. It takes away 10 points of Light Armour, but if you don't use Light Armour, it doesn't matter. Or there is the Spectre Ring which gives you 25 points of Chameleon, fortifies sneak and security but adversely affects strength and endurance. It is helpful if you want your character to have 100% chameleon.

the best caves would be around cheydenhall. there is a quest when you can get enchanted glass armor ( greaves, cuiriss, boots, and gauntlets) that are enchanted with 50% chameleon (greaves), MAGIC ABSORB 95%, (thats AWESOME for an enchanted cuiriss), an the best one, the guantlets have ANOTHER MAGIC SHEILD WITH 15 %. i cant remember, i think its called moon-something cave. its around cheydenhall about northeast from it.

The best way to get a full set of Daedric armour (or weaponry) is to keep shutting down the oblivion gates that appear around the place, Inside the oblivion gates, you will have to find large towers which you need to climb, you will usually start at the base of each one and work your way up to the very top, where there will be a 'sigil stone', after activating this sigil stone you will warp back into Tamriel with the oblivion gate now closed, as your main character level increases so does the value and amount of loot you will receive when you kill enemies, however the number and difficulty of these enemies will also increase. As you climb these towers you should be facing more and more Daedric humanoid enemies, IE Daedric Princes or Daedric Churls. Eventually as your main level gets high enough (level 17), you will get lots of Daedric Items spawned but you will also get mobbed by lots of these enemy attack at once. My top tip is to make sure you have a butt-load of Feather or Strength spells, potions etc. as these items are very heavy but also very valuable when you return to the merchants in Tamriel. From using this technique, i have a full set of enchanted Daedric armour and an Enchanted Daedric sword, which you can just take to any alter to enchant just like any other type of armour.
