There are many bonuses in SAS 3.
Any weapon is a bonus that you can get except for pistols (because they are infinite ammo and you can keep using it) and the special weapons (at least I think so cuz I never have gotten it)
You can also get Chrono grenades (sets of 6) or just your regular frags (sets of 12). You probably never get the holy grenades.
You can also get TURRETS! (my favorite. Collecting them, not have 62 of them without buying) But the bad thing is that you cannot get the dual vulcan miniguns. Only the one with one gun.
That's probably it.
You can also get health packs but that is probably only in missions.
