Cardiac neurosis is a form of anxiety neurosis that presents with symptoms related to heart .In from of chest pain,palpitation or shortness of breath.

It could happens in a completely normal person or in patient who already has heart problems.

The main problem of those patients are their worry about their heart. No body deny the importance of heart in our body . and that is the secret behind cardiac neurosis.

Those patient they link any symptoms they experience to their heart. If they have chest pain for any reason they think it is cardiac.

It is diagnosed by exclusion, that's mean we have to exclude an organic cause for their symptoms.

Its management is more difficult to managing heart problems. It needs some form of psychological treatment cessions like behavioral therapy and some other medicines.
