The challenges faced by Public relations in Tanzania,can be explained in this way:
-PR is seen as a minor department.
-PR is not given adequate budget to conduct its activities.
-PR many of the claims given by PR to the CEO atimes are not given priorities.
-Information which could br presented by the PR to the media, has to be cross checked and re-edited by the CEO, himself and atimes he is the spokesperson to the media.;
As far as i know from what i had gathered two years ago are these facts, via my research thesis.
Public relations (PR) is the set of techniques and strategies related to managing how information about an individual or company is disseminated to the public, and especially the media. ... Every individual or entity operating in the public eye faces the spread of information about them or their practices to the public.

Almost no Muslim men cover their faces. (If they do, it is for non-religious reasons such as putting on a mask to hide one's identity, etc.) Most Muslim women do show their face, either by wearing no headscarf or by wearing a hijaab or abaya/chador which leaves the entire face exposed. As concerns Muslim women who cover their faces in public, they will relax the covering in front of a group of all women or in front of men who are their close relations and thus unsuitable for marriage. I, as a non-Muslim, have seen Muslim faces.
