Very rare
"The probability of getting a prime number in a die is 4/6" Actually there are 3 prime numbers on a die. 2, 3, and 5 are all prime numbers. So this tells you that you have 3 chances it will be a prime number and 3 chances it will not be a prime number. So the probability of getting a prime number on a die would be 3/6 or 1/2.
The chances are 12.5%. (See related link below for more information.)
It is posable to get a shiny Latios in Pokemon Ruby but the chances of getting it is even more rare then just getting a shinny pokemon. If you are able to get one you are one lucky person
1/8192 is the appearance rate for any shiny pokemon. The odds are no different with legendary pokemon.
With breeding 2 normal Pokemon, the chances of getting a shiny Pokemon are 1 in 8,192. By breeding 2 Pokemon from different countries, the chances of the offspring being shiny is 1 in 2028. With a shiny female Pokemon and breeding, the chances of that Pokemon being shiny is 1 in 64. so, yes, it is possible, but it takes forever.
You can use Pokemon modifyer or action replay. The chances of getting one normally are something like 1/8200.
1/8192 without the item that boosts rates
From what I've seen, the chance of getting one is one per six packs.
Yes you can. Though, it is very rare. One way to improve your chances of getting a shiny Pokemon by hatching an egg is by breeding a Pokemon that is of a different nationality. This meaning you must be traded a Pokemon from a different game. (i.e. a Japanese Pokemon onto an English game) This will increase your chances by 75%.
