First of all, angels are not sexual creatures. Therefore you are in error when you think that there exists something half human and half angels. Angels do not approach humans for sexual intercourse.

I would like to add this information: In the 6th chapter of Genesis The Bible does speak of hybrid man /fallen angels (demons) called Nephilim. The name means "Fellers" or one who makes others fall. They were vicious beings whose violent exploits are most likely the basis for much of ancient Greek mythology (the mythological demigods, such as Heracles and the Babylonian hero Gilgamesh strongly resemble Nephilim. These hybrids were killed when God brought the flood of Noah's time. After that the fallen angels were no longer allowed to materialize in human form and as Mysticunknown99 states above: Angels can not approach humans for sexual intercourse.
