Open minesweeper, press enter and shift together, then type xyzzy and press enter and shift again. now look in the very top left corner of the screen and you will see a small white dot. when you are over a safe square it will stay white but when you are over a bomb it will be black. i am not shore if it works on vista or 7 but defiantly on xp. :)
