Agriculture is a big area. Agricultural science includes plants, animals and anything else we can eat and use that comes from those plants and animals. The basic divisions of agriculture are probably horticulture (plant raising), animal husbandry (ranching and such), agronomy (using plants) and aquaculture (things frm the water, both fresh and salt).
