That depends on the brand you take, I use a kind that is proven to be 20 times more beneficial than proscription grade fish oil. Or one 500 mg capsule is equal to 20 500 mg capsules of fish oil. 120 mg of krill oil = 2400 mg of prescription grade fish oil.
