Dog Breeding and mating
It is possible a male dog is fertile at 7 months, although this is very young to be deliberately breeding a dog.
You can either: 1. get a female dog and click breeding, select a male, and click the icon with two hearts on it (one pink, one green) and then confirm. Your female dog will go into gestation, which lasts 3 months. 2. get a male dog and publish a breeding offer by clicking breeding and then clicking publish a breeding offer.
It depends. If you are just referring to a male dog in general, you would just call it a dog. However, if you were referring to a male dog in regards to breeding, it would be a stud or sire.

You have to introduce them to each other. IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOU SHOULDN'T BE BREEDING
Don't put them together. Breeding dogs is very serious decision. Dogs can have health problems related to pregnancy. The mother can also reject the newborn pups and then you will be stuck feeding babies every single hour. Mixed breed puppies don't sell either, so there is no point to breeding them. If you want to be a breeder, get a male Chihuahua and learn about dog breeding. If you don't want to be a breeder, then don't let your female dog near any male dogs while she is in heat.
