When anger gets out of control then you can lose all self control. You might end up hurting someone even if you don't want to it may be you or somone else. Then you can get in serious trouble from hurting that someone. Then you'll get angry at yourself and it might end up in suicide. It's a good Idea to do things that calm you down when you're angry or keep you from getting angry. For example being around animals calms me down. It is a very good idea to stop anger before it gets out of control. Trust me on this one, I know what I'm talking about.
