TransparentTransparent is a bit iffy..? By default, a Catalyst switch is in the no-management-domain state until it receives an advertisement for a domain over a trunk link or until you configure a management domain. However, the default mode is Server mode.
Either go into the network settings and change it, or have the setting changed in the DHCP server settings.
I would suggest you to keep the default settings.
