What are the descriptions of the ocean?

If you stand on the shore, the water stretches as far as you can see, to the horizon. It changes color with the light and the color of the sky, from green to blue to gray. At twilight, you can't tell the ocean from the sky. Ripples and waves continuously flow toward you, eventually break into foam, creep up to your feet, and slide back. The ocean makes a sound like water surging and retreating. Seagulls circle and cry in the sky. There is a smell of saltwater in the air, a scent like no other.
