Hydrogen is not a fuel. It is a way of storing or transporting energy.
Advantages:
Disadvantages:
Hydrogen is a combustible gas that is the byproduct of electrolysis (the breaking apart of water molecules). One advantage hydrogen has over other gases or fuels used for energy is that it is an abundant element. Hydrogen can be made with the use of solar cells and once burned, has no negative effect on the environment (as long as it doesn't catch something on fire).
Hydrogen contains no carbon, so when it is burned there is no CO2 produced.
Advantages
Hydrogen can be totally non-polluting if produced from renewable resources
Hydrogen can be economically competitive with gasoline or diesel.
Hydrogen is safer than gasoline, diesel, or natural gas.
Hydrogen can help prevent the depletion of fossil fuel reserves.
Hydrogen can be produced in any country.
Hydrogen can be produced on-site and does not need elaborate transportation systems
The water that is produced in the exhaust is actually drinkable (in theory, but the system may become dirty and the water has no minerals). It is very pure.
It, in and of itself, is nonpolluting. The production of hydrogen in sufficient quantity to use as a power source, however, is potentially polluting. In addition the amount of energy required to produce hydrogen is greater than the amount of energy released by oxidizing it into water. Fuel cells using hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen have the carbon remaining as a waste byproduct, and actually increase reliance on fossil fuels. Electrolysis of water relies on a source of electricity to separate the molecules into hydrogen and oxygen, thus requiring another energy source, whether renewable or non renewable sources. Those power plants may or may not produce pollution. As it stands presently, hydrogen is not a viable solution for replacing fossil fuels.
Principally that when burned with oxygen, the only byproduct is water vapour.
2H2 + O2 = 2H2O whereas with hydrocarbons you get carbon dioxide.
its a very flamible gas so it would be hard to contain for universal distrobution safely
The only waste product is water vapor.
The advantages of using wave energy are the same as for any renewable energy (solar, wind, water, hydro, tidal and wave, geothermal, ocean thermal, biomass, biofuel and hydrogen). Wave energy doesn't add to global warming, and in fact means that less fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) are burnt, so its use actually slows the rate of global warming.
Wind energy doesn't pollute the air.
Solar energy, When we all Transcend to using that we will be on a better track.Till then,Petroleum is the single largest source of energy for the United States.
The wind.
They are incredibly inefficient.
the answer is yes because if the world ends then hydrogen is an energy source and in some places people are using it already
Hydrogen is not a renewable fuel. It is a secondary energy source (or an energy carrier) that could be produced using another primary energy source. Hydrogen could be produced using either renewable primary energy source (e.g. solar energy), nuclear energy, or by using fossil fuel (e.g. natural gas)
There are many advantages to using animal waste as an energy source. The most obvious advantage being that it is freely available.
The advantages of using hydrogen fuel cells are that they are an alternative fuel to fossil fuels, like coal, oil and gas. Also, burning or reacting hydrogen with oxygen runs electric motors and it's only emission is water vapour. The disadvantages of using hydrogen fuel cells is that hydrogen does not occur naturally on Earth and thus is not an energy source. It takes a great deal of energy to extract Hydrogen from water. Hope this helps! :)

It takes more energy to separate the hydrogen than we can get at the end.
There are various advantages attached to using wave power as an energy source. For example, there is the fact that it is totally renewable.
always available or renewable; produces little air pollution
always available or renewable; produces little air pollution
Natural gas is abundent, cheap, clean, and relatively safe.
It can be relied on and also it produces electricity reliably. tidal energy is a renewable energy, when compared to solar and wind energy it is more efficient source.
Wind energy is a sustainable source meaning it can be used repeatedly. It also doesn't produce CO2 so it is better for the environment.
