The Community College of Philadelphia offers several degree and career programs. These include 3 different associate degree programs in different fields.
The following schools offer management degrees within the retail fields: DeVry University, American University, ITT, Ashford University, University of Phoenix, and Baker College
One of my degrees in college was in business management (the other was in Accounting). Most of the people I knew with strict management degrees either went into Sales or Retail / Logistics Management. You have the potential to make good money in those fields, but you will need to work long and difficult hours. My recommendation is that you supplement your management degree with a "hard" skill like IT, Finance or Accounting.
