there are a number of difficulties to overcome one is you have to find a heart to replace the other one with this can be a slight challenge the hearts you can use asre electric ones human ones pig ones dog ones or cats ones. That is probably the main difficultie to over come the rest of the procedure is pretty easy as i did one the other day seeing as im a docter n' all hope this has helped.

Open Heart surgery is long and complicated because of everything it entails. The patient's heart is already compromised, the surgeon has to cut the sternum and spread the ribs and perform heart surgery in a limited area.
