This all depends on the mix you want. I assume you mean cement when you mention the 80lb bag of concrete. I have pushed concrete in my day... Bag cement mix is the same as concrete. Don't be funny. How many 80 pound bags will make 1 yard of concrete? I want a definitive answer this time.

The 30 x0 20 x 4" answer should be for a 50kg bag. A 25kg bag of cement is 43 x 22 x 14 cm according to Blue Circle on Amazon, that is 17" x 8.6" x 5.5" in old money.

700 sq feet converted to cubic feet is 58.333 (double check that?) convert that to gallons and you get- (this I know is true.) 436.5 gallons, rounded up. I was told that a 50 lb. bag of sand would cover 6 square feet 1 inch deep. So, divide 700/6 and you get 117. It would take 117 50 lb. bags of sand or 5,850 lbs.
