A way that I find out information on my own is going to vendors online and giving them a call to find out information. Airsplat.com specifically is the place I go to for questions. They are very well knowledged in their product so feel free to check it out. As for the motor, IT's roughly about 1 in. wide by 2 in. long.
Its a small electric motor with plastic gears.
Motors have quite varying prices, and you get what you pay for. If you buy a 30 dollar motor, it will be good, but not amazing. For 50 dollars you can get a very good motor, and then if you dish out the 100 dollars for a systema motor, you can have pretty much the best motor in airsoft.
Depending on the mechanism driving the pellet, an airsoft gun can be ... they are at a disadvantage against automatic guns in close combat and do ... In a Tokyo Marui AEG, the motor drives a series of 3 gears mounted inside a gearbox
In AEG's or Airsoft Electric Guns the motor rotates the internal gears allowing your bb's to fire
Most airsoft guns have the motors in the grip (like AK, M4/M16, and G36 models) but some guns (mainly bulpups) have the motors entering the gearbox from the back.
No, they are not. A firearm propels a projectile by means of an explosion (gunpowder). Airsoft guns may use an electric motor, a spring, or compressed gas, but they do not use an explosion to propel the BB.
NO! That would be completely useless because those guns suck and fire about 100 fps and are pieces of crap. Only better airsoft guns can get upgraded.
by buying all of the parts nessecary such as motor gearbox wireing body hopup barrell assembly etc to come togehter to have an airsoft gun go evike.com to learn more.
Yes same motor dimensions..............keep your sensors from old motor!
Airsoft GI
The fuse regulates the power that is sent from the battery to the motor and if there is a surge in power then the fuse will blow and save your motor. This is usually caused by a battery with weak charge or one that has been overcharged.
If you are talking about feeding problems, make sure you are using .20 gram Precision BB's ONLY. If the motor isn't overturning, your battery is dead, or there is a problem with the motor. Try taking it to your local airsoft shop NOT A SPORTING GOODS STORE.
