It depends on the dimensions of the base and the height (slant or vertical) of the pyramid.
Using the dimensions you're given and those that you can calculate . . .-- Calculate and write down the area of each face of the pyramid.-- Then add up all of the individual areas.-- The sum is the surface area of the pyramid.
In 2 dimensions, a heptagon. In 3 dimensions a hexagonal pyramid, a pentagonal dipyramid and some other exotic shapes - eg shape with one triangular base and one quadrilateral base and miscellaneous faces joining them.
In 2-dimensions, an octagon. In 3-d it could be a heptagonal pyramid, a quadrilateral prism or quadrilateral antiprism. There are probably a few more shapes.
Just a pretty shape as a plane figure - you could use it as the start of a fractal pattern I suppose. Or, in three dimensions, a pyramid!
