In short, there is no safe amount of heroin and cocaine mixed, as every individual user is different, based on tolerance and a whole variety of additional factors.
Marihuana might worse the symptoms, as it has dissociative effects, and probably will induce a paranoid and depressive momentum in the user.
Short term effects mentally - you want to get that feeling again., Short term effects physically - Nodding, dreaming, feeling all is right with the world. Now to the long term effects. I know about those by being a 37 year heroin user. I kicked 3 years ago by myself so I do know what I am speaking of. Long term effects of opiate use mentally - withdrawal from society, loss of family, friends, self esteem and anything else you once held dear, becoming a thief, a prostitute or anything you have to be to get the drug. Long term effects physically- severe withdrawal symptoms ( vomiting violently, diarrhea, sneezing, leaking water from the eyes and nose, severe stomach cramps, inability to sleep and disturbance of sleep patterns for the remainder of your life, depression, just to name a few). My advice, they will ruin your life.
Well, using cocaine puts stress lines on your heart every time you use it and can cause cardiac arrest if used frequently, in large quantities, or both. Using cocaine isn't a good idea for anyone, but being 50 would definitely increase the chances of a negative effect, especially if the person had a history of heart problems or if the person had been using cocaine for a long period of time. Cocaine use also increases blood pressure, which as you probably know, also isn't good.
