Light "rays" are both waves and particles, that is the nature of light. Thus Micro Waves is the name for a type of light that is in essence just the same as visible light, radio waves, heat and X rays.
The common name for electromagnetic waves is just that: "electromagnetic waves". There is no other commonly used term. Specific parts of the spectrum have common names, for example light (or visible light), radio waves, x-rays, etc. - but none of this means exactly the same as "electromagnetic waves". Visible light, for instance, is just one type (or frequency range) of electromagnetic waves.

That depends which way you are moving along the electromagnetic spectrum.If you are moving from low to high frequency, then the last category before visible light is infrared radiation.If you are moving from short to long wavelength, then the last category before visible light is ultraviolet radiation.

Radio waves: Longest wavelength and lowest frequency, used for communication. Microwaves: Shorter than radio waves, used in cooking and communication. Infrared waves: Just beyond visible light, felt as heat, used in remote controls and thermal imaging. Visible light: The only part of the spectrum visible to humans, responsible for our sense of sight. X-rays: Higher energy waves used in medical imaging and security scanning.
Just below red (in frequency) is infrared light.
It means just below the visual horizon. Although light waves can't see below the horizon, radio waves can, a bit.
Infra red waves are light waves that are just below human perception at the red end of the spectrum.They belong to the electromagnetic wave spectrum.
The energy radiated from the sun is in the form of electromagnetic radiation or electromagnetic waves. The waves are noticed on Earth as visible light, as ultra-violet (light that is at a higher frequency than we can see) and infra-red (light that is at a lower frequency than we can see). Although the radiation is far more than just the range of visible light, we normally refer to the radiation as "sunlight"
